Tin Roof Bakery and Cafe began as a small wholesale bread bakery in 2002 by Brandon Siewert and his wife Rosemary. The bakery has been creating hand-crafted breads and pastries that are favorites at farmers markets, grocery stores and local restaurants.
We pride ourselves in our commitment to quality and authentic classic offerings. From our sour-dough bread to our delightfully decorated Halloween treats, our product is consistently getting yums from our customers.
We operate a 5000 square foot bakery and cafe located within blocks of California State University, Chico, with an extended family of 30 bakery employees.
