The City of Chico provides FREE BUS ACCESS to all city and county buses (Butte Regional Transit or "B-Line") for downtown business ownsers, as well as faculty, staff, and students of Chico State. This includes the B-Line student shuttles (Route 8 and Route 9) that operate while school is in session. To ride the bus for no charge, head down to the City Municipal Building with proof of your employment in Downtown Chico to get a pass. Students just need to show their Wildcat Identification Cards to the bus driver. Bus schedules and maps are available at the B-Line Web site.
The Glenn Ride offers service between Butte and Glenn Counties. Bus stops include Willows, Artois, Orland, Hamilton City, and Chico. The fare from Glenn County to Chico is only $1.50! For more information, visit the Glenn County Web site or call 1-888-800-RIDE.
The Plumas Transit System offers round trip service between Quincy and Chico every Wednesday. For more information, please visit their Web site or call (530) 283-2538.

Considered to be one of the most beautiful of all train routes, the Coast Starlight connects the hottest cities on America's West Coast. En route daily between Seattle and Los Angeles, the Coast Starlight passes through Portland, Eugene, Chico, Sacramento, the San Francisco Bay Area and Santa Barbara.
