New Urban Builders, Inc., based in Chico, California, is a developer and builder of traditional neighborhoods.  Our company's stated purpose is to build places of enduring value by crafting a broad range of practical, comfortable and beautiful homes, workplaces and civic spaces that provide opportunities for the daily interaction essential to community.

Formed in 2001, New Urban Builders focuses on building traditional neighborhoods in suburban and infill settings in small to mid-sized cities and towns in Northern California.  In creating our neighborhoods, we strive to integrate inventive land planning with pragmatic design and new urbanist principles.  We are committed to high standards of durability, sustainability and energy-efficiency.
