Overview

Since 1978, Christmas Preview has been a Downtown Chico tradition, drawing folks together in the heart of our community to officially kick off the holiday season! Downtown merchants roll out the red carpet with hospitality, festive decorations, entertainment, and a visit from Santa for family photos. Experiencing Christmas Preview is an essential part of celebrating the season in Downtown Chico.

To encourage shopping and dining downtown, the DCBA, in partnership with ChicoBag, is offering complimentary Candy Cane Shopping Bags to the first 100 shoppers who bring a receipt of $30 or more to the DCBA booth during Christmas Preview.
