About the Owner

Jill Bailey has been a resident of Chico for more than 30 years. She grew up north of San Francisco and, like so many, moved to Chico for college - and never left! She met and married her husband, Scott, in Chico shortly after graduating from Chico State.

You can see Scott's handiwork throughout Four Leaf Clothing Co. - he built the racks, shelving, and installed everything that is hanging! Scott and their three kids have been the solid, unwavering force behind the store since long before doors opened in December 2023. From working in the store to planning events to lending their ideas on fashion and shopping - this has truly been a family endeavor!

Jill says she loved secondhand shopping before it was cool and has always daydreamed about opening a shop in Chico. As her kids grew up, she decided to go for it! Four Leaf Clothing Co. has been a labor of love - bringing a barely used clothing store featuring modern and unique styles that are both affordable and sustainable to Chico!

What do you love about being in Downtown Chico?

Jill responded by saying:
"Downtown is the heart of Chico! We have so many shops and restaurants offering one-of-a-kind items and experiences. Whether looking to make a purchase or just browse, downtown is THE spot to explore.

Ironically, my first job in college was at a downtown breakfast restaurant (Oy Vey - if you know, you know), so downtown has been special to me for a long time."
