The Upper Crust Bakery and Cafe specializes in fresh pastries, cakes, breakfast, and lunch - bringing delicious flavor and tradition to Downtown Chico.
About the Owners
Shelby and Jeff Plummer bought the bakery in 2018 from the previous owners and have carried on the flavors and standards Chico has loved for decades.
What do you love about being in Downtown Chico?
