Social High Rise is a budding social media management startup, tailored specifically to suit the needs of restaurants all over the country. We are comprised of smart, compassionate people who hustle, and who aren't afraid to get out of their comfort zone. We love social media, restaurants, community, and people. We work our tails off to make sure our clients are represented honestly and authentically online, through social media, and we collaborate to create content that strengthen customer relationships online.

Our headquarters is located in downtown Chico, in beautiful Northern California. We're walking distance from the best farmers' markets, shops, restaurants, Bidwell Park (the 3rd largest city park in California), and California State University, Chico. We're also biking distance from just about anywhere in town. Our office is literally in an old "grand ballroom" on the 3rd floor of a 100-year-old building. It features 20-foot gold ceilings, huge windows, and tons of natural light.

The entire company gathers for "team time" each week to review company milestones, discuss the latest on cats, and spruce up the office. No one ever misses team time. No one.

We care a lot about our staff. Team members receive a personal workstation, performance incentives, and health insurance covering 100% of monthly employee premiums. The whole office gets to indulge in free pizza from the best pizza joint in town, free bagels from the best bagel joint in town, and kickball! Oh, and we have a warped ping-pong table, a punching bag, central Heating/AC, and an outdated iPhone connected to speakers allowing us to play Pandora and Spotify all day (with no ads!).

Don't be fooled though — working at Social High Rise is challenging and we take our roles very seriously as we continue to grow, innovate, and provide above-and-beyond service to our clients.
