About the Owner

Robin Klitzke just celebrated her 4th year as owner of Sweet Chico. Robin was born and raised in Texas, went to college in New Mexico, and is now settled into the Chico community for the foreseeable future. She loves running a sweet shop because it's easy to make someone smile with sweets!

What do you love about being in Downtown Chico?

Robin responded by saying:
"Being a downtown business lets us serve the CSU, Chico High, and Chico Junior groups within walking distance. We also have a variety of businesses that offer something for everyone: shopping, dining, gifts, groceries, and markets. There is something great year-round in downtown!"

What is your favorite Downtown Chico event?

Robin responded by saying:
"I love Treat Street because we pass out candy and get to see all the cutest kids come down with their costumes and smiles."
