We are a non-profit collective of artists and teachers with the mission to support local arts in Chico by offering a variety of movement classes, art shows and cultural events to our community.

About the Organization

The ASCAB Capoeira group manages the space by cleaning, organizing and paying rent for our amazing downtown location.

What do you love about being in Downtown Chico?

Britta Goldmann, Manager, responded by saying:
"We love the huge Sycamore trees in our street as well as the creek behind our building. We love the vibrancy of the Saturday Farmer's Market and the community that comes out. We just love the fact that we are downtown."
