Our dishes are cooked in our wood fired oven. The wood fire oven keeps our Neapolitan pizza faithful to Italian roots. With a softer center and a crisp outer crust, these pizzas are quite simple. Fresh dough, made daily with Italian 00 flour, high-quality tomatoes, Di Stefano fresh mozzarella, olive oil, basil, and sea salt create our Margerita pizza. Or try one of our more modern pizza creations.
